Substrate Compatibilities
BUR •  Concrete • Metal • Timber (OSB/WPB)  • Fiberglass • Asphalt • Single Ply. Etc.

Roof & Structural Applications
Flat or Pitched Roofs • Parapet Walls • Built-Up Roofs (BUR)

Preparation:

Monitor the Weather
Ensure you have a few hours of nice weather before starting the repair.

Ensure Safety
Create a safe working environment by securing ladders and using safety harnesses if necessary.

Clean the Patch Area
Remove oil, grease, and debris from the area to be patched.
Ensure the surface is completely clean.

Dry the Surface
Before applying the primer, make sure the area is completely dry.

Tape the Patch Area
Apply adhesive tape around the patch area for a neat and tidy job.

Application:

Prepare the Primer:
• Shake the primer well.
• Pour the primer into a paint tray.

Apply the Primer:
• Apply a thin coat of Lava 20 Fast Primer, covering the entire area.
• Do not apply a thick coat.

Wait for the Primer to Dry:
• Allow the primer to dry completely for 15 to 20 minutes.

Mix the Lava 20 Detail:
• Use the mixing stick to stir the Lava 20 Detail thoroughly.
• Ensure the fleece pieces at the bottom of the can are well mixed into the liquid.

Apply the Lava 20 Detail:
• Apply a coat of Lava 20 Detail, covering the entire patch area.

Remove the Tape:
• Carefully take off the adhesive tape.
